永州市向家亭污水处理厂提级改造：将生化处理阶段的TF/FC处理工艺改造成A2/O工艺，具体操作是将原有初沉池改造成厌氧池，原有高负荷生物滤池改造成缺氧池，新建好氧池，原有二沉池的池高作相应改造，新建回流及剩余污泥泵站；新增“高效沉淀+精密过滤器”深度处理措施；出水采用紫外光消毒处理工艺，使污水处理厂出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。
同时，进行污水收集系统的扩建，污水管网扩建包括河东古城纳污区、晒阳岩泵站纳污区、西山纳污片区三个片区，新增配套管网长度约15.80km。
